The TOU are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If You are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for claims arising under the TOU is Stuttgart. If any provision of the TOU is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the TOU, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of the TOU shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
